Right click "Organization", "Open", "Global Information"
Opening - expanding organization structure.
Global Information - General information for users to maintain the organization. The "Company Name" will be the highest level at the echelon structure.

1. General (Information)
Company Name: 100 letters maximum. After enter, it will be showed at the highest level of the Organization.
Address: max. 200 letters.
Zip: max. 6 characters or digits.
Telephone: max. 20 integers
Fax: max. 20 integers
Website: max. 50 letters
2. Additional (Information)

Bank Name: max. 200 letters.
Account No.: max. 100 letters or digits.
Tax No.: max. 100 letters or digits.
Monthly Fiscal Day: The monthly fiscal day is usually set by company internal rules. It would effect the results from Data Fetcher.
Right click the newly created company name. The menu that contains "New", "Properties", "Delete", and "Rename" would be showed.
Setup the waiting time
If user is not active in setting's time , the connection will be disconnected automatically.
1. New

Department ID: max. 50 letters.
Department Name: max. 50 letters.
Superior Department: max. 50 letters.
NOTE: 'Department ID' and 'Department Name' cannot be duplicated.
2. Properties

'Properties' is used to show all department related information.
3. Delete
The referenced department cannot be deleted.
4. Rename
Note: "Organization" would update to company name or organization name, after "Excel server" is set up.
