1. Login to the system with report creator's login name and password; delete the report instance from "Report"-> "Read Report".
2. Login to the system with template designer's login name and password; check if the report is referenced by the other report(referenced report). If it does, then check if the referenced report needs to be deleted as well. If it does, then start 'step 1' again to check if the sub-referenced report exists. If any one of the referenced or subreferenced report cannot be deleted, then the report at the first place cannot be deleted neither.
3. Login to the system with template designer's login name and password, delete "Data Fetcher" from "Template" -> "Data Fetcher".
4. Login to the system with designer's login name and password, open the intended template, right click and choose "Create Data Table" from the menu.
5. Open "Template" -> "Template Properties", click "Versions"
6. Close template, open "Template" -> "Open", select the "Version ID" to be deleted, then click "Delete"; finally, select the report template and click "Delete".
